The Highway Department is responsible for
the maintenance, repair, reconstruction and replacement of the Town's
infrastructure. This Department works to develop and implement
facilities and maintenance programs for streets, sidewalks, rights of
way, traffic signs and signals, street sweeping and drainage systems.
The Highway Department also manages the maintenance of Town owned
vehicles and equipment as well as various buildings and land,
including parks, recreational facilities and cemetery facilities.
